International Yoga Day was celebrated by the students and teachers at Navkis Educational Centre, Bengaluru with a great buzz. Students from grade III to grade VIII demonstrated various asanas. Brikshashana, Padahastasana, Bajrasana, leg balance and many other formations like ‘Pyramid’ were presented in a picturesque manner. Students even swayed themselves rhythmically with the music of  Shivtandava and Yogasanas simultaneously.Not only this, students also enthusiastically participated in quiz related to Yoga Day thus enhancing the importance of Yoga in everyday life.
