75th Independence Day was celebrated in Navkis Educational Centre with great enthusiasm and patriotic zeal.
Chief Guest, Mr. Navkoti Ram, Vice Chairman, Navkis Educational Centre hoisted the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem by the School band and students.
Students of grade VIII and grade XII, gave in depth and inspiring speeches while students of Grade VI and VII  showed their patriotic fervour through a soulful rendition of the  song ‘ Ae Watan’
Students of grade VIII enhanced the feeling of patriotism among the audience through the heart whelming song ‘ Sare Jahan Se Acha.
A truly thought provoking street play was performed by the theatre group of students from grade VIII and IX.

The program clearly conveyed that Freedom is not a gift but the responsibility to accept and maintain it, to hand over to the next.
