Navkis Educational Centre witnessed an exhilarating and enthralling Children’s Day Programme on the 13th day of November, 2020. The function commenced with a melodious invocation song rendered by Ms. Indranee Goswami followed by Tarangam, a famous form of Kuchipudi dance which includes the balancing of the pots by Ms. Ramani Lanka. The teachers exhibited a plethora of cultural events which included the graceful traditional dance forms of India, harmonizing group songs, humorous yet informative speeches and articulated their true feelings through the medium of placards.

The principal, Ms. Lalitha Murthi, gave an enlightening speech and said that nothing could impede the celebrations when it comes to Children’s Day. Prizes in the form of alluring e-certificates were given away to the students who had brought laurels to the school in various competitions organised for the grades 1 to 12.
